VT MÄK offers you the training you need to meet your specific simulation requirements. We start with product training, but we offer much more than that. Our expertise in distributed simulation means we can train your staff in all aspects of simulation design and development from basic interoperability concepts, to system design and architecture, to scenario development.
MÄK Product Training Courses
MÄK offers training courses for all of our applications. They can be for:
- End users, for example how to create and run scenarios in VR-Forces and DI-Guy
- Advanced users, for example how to configure the MÄK RTI for a complicated network topology
- Developers, such as how to use the VR-Forces Toolkit, the VR-Vantage Toolkit, or VR-Link Toolkit.
Courses are scheduled at your convenience, and can be held at our facility or yours. We can provide standardized courses, or as is commonly requested, coursework can be customized to address the requirements of a particular program, project, or functional group.
System Architecture Design
A simulation system might involve a few computers in one room or thousands of workstations located around the world. This course teaches about the different commonly used simulation protocols, their strengths and weaknesses. It also discusses upcoming changes to the major protocols.
Simulation Development Training
This course focuses on how to design a simulation for maximum performance and efficiency. It teaches you methods for supporting large entity counts, such as HLA DDM, aggregate management, and load balancing.
